Hello and welcome to ACN Wood Products Ltd web site. My name is Gerry Togher and I am the Managing Director of the business.

We are a family run Business and have been in business for over 15 years.

We operate from a 13,000 square foot factory based in the Industrial estate, Belmullet, Co. Mayo and we supply our products nationwide and to the U.K.

I have over 30 years of experience in the construction industry with a background in carpentry and joinery. We have the largest selection of doors to choose from anywhere in Ireland – all of which are available pre-hung. For those of you who are not familiar with what pre-hung is – basically the door of your choice can be delivered to you hanging in its door frame with the lock fitted in the door and the striking plate fitted in the door frame – door saddles are optional and can also be fitted if required. This method offers a number of advantages over the traditional ways of hanging the door and frame on site – namely speed, and accuracy + a factory finished end product rather than a site finished one. Don’t worry though if you do not want your doors pre-hung then we can also supply them the old fashioned way and still in their wrappers – we are here to make things easy for you our valued customer.

We were the first company in the west of Ireland to offer pre-hung doors as standard and we are now well established in this field.

We also supply wood flooring ( solid, semi solid and laminate ) together with skirting boards, architraves, locks, handles and hinges all of which you will find on our main page where we have all you need to complete your project in style. Over the years we have supplied our products to some of the largest building contractors throughout the Country and we take pride in being associated with them and their exclusive developments.

In 2005 we invested over 250,000 euros in state of the art machinery and lifting equipment and now all of our pre-hung door sets are machined on a computerised CNC machine which is capable of processing over 250 doors per day.
