189mm White Washed Lacquered, Smoked and Brushed

White Washed Lacquered, Smoked and Brushed Flooring is an engineered floor system available in a 189mm width. Each board is 18mm in thickness with a 5mm European Oak Veneer and comes in 1860mm lengths. The boards have bevel edges on all four sides, to give a more defined and rustic floor finish. Engineered Floors are naturally hygroscopic and will therefore both expand and contract throughout the yearly seasons. Bishops range Oak is diverse and can be laid floating on to a suitable wood floor underlay, or be fully bonded to a prepared cement/screed sub-base using an appropriate wood floor adhesive and primer. The Bishop Oak range is suitable and guaranteed for installations over under-floor heating. White Lacquered, Smoked and Brushed Oak will give you a defined and varied look. Your floor is a natural material and can therefore display heavy grain markings, figuring, mineral streaks, colour variations, sapwood and frequent knots of varying sizes. Knot holes, checks splits and other imperfections are allowed. All knots are filled prior to the factory finish being applied. The floor has been brushed to enhance the natural textures and colour expected from an Oak floor. Finished with a natural White pigmented Oil to capture the true nature of your Oak floor.
